It's exceptionally comfortable place to stay 1 mile away from a historical center. The personnel is extremely friendly and excellent. The breakfast is free and nice with a great selection of things to eat and drink.

We spent a really nice time here, 100% recommend to anyone. The staff was efficient, the room was updated, everything was perfect. The room with view.

It is gorgeous and clean hotel, and location is magnificent. The staff are consistently courteous and incredible and the room is immaculate with a microwave. The restaurant attached makes hot food😃🙂

We Had a Good Stay Overall:

Although the hotel was generally clean, there could be some improvements in cleanliness, especially in the pool area and stairwells. We did have to ask for clean towels a couple of times.

We had a good stay overall at the Holiday Inn Express. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and the hotel's location was convenient. Despite a minor issue with noise from neighboring rooms, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The setting was magnificent, so close to Jamestown, NY and the downtown area. Visited Emanuel Baptist Church, located at a short distance from the venue.
